Barriers in Verbal Communication
The paper presents the main barriers in oral verbal communication both in sending and receiving the messages. These barriers reduce the role of the verbal component in communication. After the analysis of Shannon and Weaver's model with its strengths and weaknesses, we have identified the barriers which may complete their model.
